DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Vertus Tea ships Monday to Friday, only within India (not including Andaman and Nicobar Island. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays in India. Our shipping cut-off time is 3 pm IST. Orders placed after 3 pm IST will be processed the next business day.

It usually takes 5-7 days for the delivery of your order. Deliveries are made between Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sunday. There is only one standard shipping option on the website.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.  Since the cardholder authorizes the transactions, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided when placing the order. We are not responsible for the damage to products after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also, the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

As per the Government directives, we are now delivering the orders to serviceable pin codes in the following places:

Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Bangalore, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Kerala, Odisha, West Bengal, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Daman and Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli.

 

 

For places not included in the aforementioned list, you might experience some delay in shipment. Your orders are packed and waiting to be dispatched until we receive further notice from the Government.
